Canine Influenza
Canine Influenza, sometimes referred to as “canine flu” is a highly contagious respiratory infection. If your dog is vaccinated against Bordetella, we also recommend vaccinating against Canine Influenza as the risk groups are similar and the disease is spread between infected dogs.
Rabies
Rabies is an incurable, fatal virus that is transmitted through the bite of an infected animal – dog, cat, racoon, bat, etc. – and can be transmitted to humans. The town of Berthoud, CO, as well as other towns nearby Loveland, CO, requires that all dogs be vaccinated against rabies.
