Annual plans also protect against the rising costs of pet care with affordable, predictable monthly payments.
Unlike most wellness plans and pet insurance, your Care Plan can be used toward any expenses. No deductibles, no reimbursements, and no exclusions. Our plans were thoughtfully designed to fit the needs of virtually every pet – routine or unexpected. Receive prioritized responses from an experienced veterinary professional right away, whether it’s an expedited prescription refill, help with scheduling an appointment, an answer to a question you forgot to ask at your pet’s last exam, or emergency support. Get help determining a true emergency, quickly make the best decisions for your pet, and increase the likelihood of positive outcomes in those critical times. We assess if a pet needs to be seen, how urgently, and if there is anything you should be doing in the meantime by providing actionable advice and at-home monitoring instructions. Being prepared for pet care can save money, time, and possibly even a pet’s life.
If you renew your pet’s Care Plan to a plan of equal or greater value, your Account Credit rolls over! Unused Account Credit can be used any time within the following 12 months. If you cancel or let your pet’s Care Plan expire, any unused benefits will also expire.
Initial payment will be refunded if cancellation is requested within 30 days and no benefits are used. If benefits are used, payments made toward the plan will be subtracted from the total value of the benefits, and a payment will be required for the difference in order to cancel. For example: if $200 in benefits have been consumed and $50 in payments have been made, a payment of $150 will be required to cancel.
